SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

FREE SHIPPING
Most orders qualify for free shipping, with certain exclusions. Please note that this eligibility may vary over time due to manufacturer arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping on some of the products. Our shipping services are limited to the lower 48 states in the USA. For international shipping contact us.
ORDER SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION
Upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order in our system and pre-authorization of your credit card for the purchase. We immediately contact our suppliers to verify stock availability for immediate shipment. Should your item be on backorder or unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. For items ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and proceed with shipping.
ORDER DISPATCH TIMELINE
If your order is in stock and the payment is processed, it will ship within five business days from the order date. You'll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the provided email address during checkout. In the event you don't receive tracking details within six business days of your order, feel free to get in touch with us at sales@theproplunge.com.
RETURN INQUIRIES
For queries regarding returns, please refer to our Return Policy. Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package and document any damages with photographs within 24 hours. You will bear the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for a replacement product in cases of refunds or exchanges. Returned products must be unopened and unused, with a possible restocking fee applied. Please note that once your order has left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
