What is white glove delivery?
If you choose "Curb Side Delivery" your Pro Plunge will be delivered to your 'driveway' / at your home. Not inside your in the backyard.
If you choose "White Glove Delivery" Service
The delivery crew with notify you 24-72 hours before arrival to schedule a day and time. They will place it anywhere at the ground level of your location, take your Plunge out of the box and remove all packing materials. They will not set it up, but it's super easy! Plug it in to your standard wall outlet, fill the water and turn it on.

The unit carries 0.8 Horsepower (HP), which cools the water down roughly 5 degrees celsius every 45min -1 hr.

Absolutely! Our systems are portable, so you can use them wherever you like. All you need is a power socket, and you’re good to go! Our chiller units are not to be left outside below -10° C. If this advice is not followed, then the warranty will be discontinued.
